Take enough water in a deep pan for blanching. Before drying your grapes, you’ll want to blanch them. You can skip this step if you want, but blanching your grapes first softens the skins and helps them dry evenly. And it only takes a minute. When the water starts boiling, drop the grapes. After 2-3 minutes, the grapes will start floating above the water. When the grapes have boiled over and a crack has formed in them, switch off the flame. As soon as the grapefruit starts floating and all the grapes explode from the center, take them out of the water.

Take out the grapes from the water using a sieve or spoon.

Let them cool for 5-7 minutes. Take a plate, a tray, or a basket and spread cheesecloth, kitchen towel, or cotton cloth. Spread the grapes over the cloth.

Place the tray outside in a sunny, dry place. Take the tray inside at night if it is foggy. Every day, keep it out in the morning and take it inside at night. Keep rotating the fruit for even exposure to the sun. It takes around 1 to 2 days, depending on the strength of the sun's rays. When the grapes have dried to the point of becoming raisins, take the tray inside and place the raisins in an airtight container. Store the container in a cool place or refrigerate it.
