     How To Make Apple and rice pie:

Apple And Rice Pie: 

  The apple rice Pie is a recipe that can be made all year round. This a lovely recipe that you can make

any time you need a dessert.

Ingredients: 

Salt

 250 g long grain rice

1/4 I of milk                  

 2 vanilla beans

4 eggs,

8 tbsp. sugar

1 kg of rennet apples

200 g of whipping cream 

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

 2 tbsp. chopped hazelnuts.

 Preparation: 

1. Bring to boil

 1/4 I of water, salt slightly, throw

the rice in the rain, and let it inflate for 5 min.

 2. Cut the vanilla pods lengthwise. Scrape the pulp and add it to the rice.

 3. Add the milk and cook for another 15 minutes. 

4. Mix with a small whisk the eggs with

 6 spoons. with s. of sugar. Incorporate into the rice.

 5. Preheat the oven to 225°. 

 6. Peel apples, cut them into quarters, remove seeds, and chop.

 7. Pour 3 tablespoons of water into a spring form pan, add the remaining sugar and let

 caramelize slightly. 

8. Fill the pan with the apples, spread the rice over the apples, and cook for 45 minutes.

9. Turn out the pie. 

10. Whip the cream into a firm chantry, and add the vanilla sucre and the chopped hazelnuts.

 Decorate the pie and serve while still warm.
