Almond Syrup |
Ingredients
Almond 200 grams
Sugar 1 kg.
Water 1 Littre
Crushed green cardamoms 1 tsp (5 pieces)
Rose Water 50ml
Preparation
Start by rinsing the Almonds once with clean water and then soak in a bowl for
overnight.about 10 -12 hours.
Peel the outer covering.
Then in a grinder jar add Almond and Almond water and grind it well and make

After that take a pot and add 1 Litre Water and 1kg.Sugar and stir it and melt it.
After sugar melted, add almond paste and stir it well on medium flame for
25 minutes. After that add green cardamom powder and stir it then
add rose water and stir it .
Now turn off the flame and rest it until it becomes room temperature.
After that store it into airtight bottles and store it for more than 1 month.
When do you want to make this sharbat? Take a glass and put some ice cubes
and then add 2 tbsp almond sharbat and then put chilled water and mix it.
Your Almond Sharbat Glass is Ready.
