Delicious Potato Cutlets |
Ingredients:
1 kg Boiled Potatoes
1-1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Crushed red chili
1 tbsp dry coriander powder
1 tsp dry ginger
1 tsp Cumin powder
1/2tsp All spice mix
1 tsp garlic paste
3 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
Preparation:
First Boil potatoes, then peel and mash them in a bowl. add salt, red chili powder, dry coriander powder, dry ginger, Cumin powder, All spice mix, garlic paste, and chopped coriander leaves. mix well.
Now shape your cutlets.
Heat oil in a pan or wok on medium-high heat.
Now dip each cutlet into a Beaten egg and fry them.
The second way dip each cutlet into a Beaten egg place the cutlet into a part of the breadcrumbs and coat the cutlet evenly with breadcrumbs. Then fry them. Fry them until the cutlets are golden brown.
Serve with mint chutney, ketchup, or any sauce.
