How To Make Eggless Mango Cake With Mango Crush
Ingredient:
For Mango crush
One big size Mango
sugar 4 to 5 tbsp
cornflour 1 tsp
water 1/4 cup
For Cake:
Milk 1 cup
cooking oil 70 ml
Sugar 1/2 cup
All-purpose flour 1 and 1/2 cup
baking powder 7 g,
baking soda 1/4 tsp, a pinch of salt
Preparation:
First, I will prepare mango crush
A big size Mango
clean it and cut small pieces
blend until smooth
Mango Puree is ready
Transfer mango puree to the pan
Add 4 to 5 tbsp sugar
cook the mixture till boiling point
Now add 1 tsp cornstarch and mix 1/4 cup of water, Mix well
stir continuously
check the consistency
Mango Crush is ready
Milk 1 cup
cooking oil 70 ml
Sugar 1/2 cup
All-purpose flour 1 and 1/2 cup
baking powder 7 g,
baking soda 1/4 tsp, a pinch of salt
Add 3 tbsp Mango Crush
Cook in a cooker like me slow flam 45 to 50 minute
In oven 325F for approximately 30-35 minutes
Cake is ready
cut the cake
Cut the top layer of the cake with a knife
prepare syrup:
1 tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp water cook till sugar dissolves
Apply sugar syrup on the cake with a brush
apply the mango crush on the cake
Then decorate the cake with cream fresh and black chocolate
